Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your order, but if you’re looking to return your Apocalypse Club product for whatever reason then we’re here to help.
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of the order being delivered. Please follow the below guidance:
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition including with any tags
- Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund
- Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not offer free returns
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
To initiate a return, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email telling us which products you would like to return
- Our customer service team will respond to you with the next steps to return your item
- If you send an item back to us, please remember to keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have processed the return
- Once your unworn item arrives back to us safely, we'll begin to process the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your refund
We cannot be held responsible for the return item between the point of the customer posting it and the item arriving back to us so please ensure that you keep your proof of postage.
